A bit about me

I provide direction, motivation, and support to clients so they can make changes mentally, emotionally, and physically through one-on-one sessions, group programs, and consulting which translate into action, fulfillment, and a more balanced life. I have acquired A LOT of experience, skills, and knowledge as a business consultant-primarily in the construction and real estate industries.

I furthered my education in a two-year program to become a certified Holistic Health Counselor and certified Neuro Linguistic Programming practitioner (think Tony Robbins). I'm always researching and learning new techniques, approaches, and perspectives. Can't stop, won't stop.

Along with all the very tangible, traditional skills and talents I've acquired; I'm beyond blessed to have been born with spiritual gifts as an intuitive, empath, and medium. It's why even as a kid, I just knew stuff! It's my special sauce and gives exponential insight that not all other coaches and consultants can’t provide.

How long have I been at this? Technically, all my life. In a more structured and "legitimized" way... I've been giving guidance and facilitating change to businesses and individuals for 15 years.
